Thank you for this podcast. I don't make time to listen to podcasts very often, but when "cultural Marxism" is the topic, I'm listening. While I have been learning about what it looks like in society for several years now, I didn't learn this particular term for it until recently. Hearing this talk helped me to put together the pieces I already had.
Ironically, the blog (another Substack) where I first heard the term "cultural Marxism" applied is itself rife with signs of cultural Marxism in play. For that matter, a theme pertaining to "them" and how "those people" (evil leaders, etc.) are the problem and need to be overthrown so that we can be free runs through most of the blogs that I follow.
Listening to your podcast, two related teachings of Jesus came to mind that I did not hear mentioned directly (although I might have missed something). First, in contrast to the "oppressed" fighting to overthrow their "oppressors", Jesus teaches us to forgive our debtors. While commercial terminology is used, it is clear that this is about forgiving the cost to us for other's sins, even as we are forgiven for what our sins cost God.
Second, Jesus teaches us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, These teachings are in opposition to cultural Marxism. And what a contrast in the fruits of Jesus' way, compared with the other.
